Initial sessions are $200 for two hours. After that it’s $150 for follow up sessions.

You will stay fully dressed during your session so please wear comfortable clothing like you might do a yoga or stretching class.

Polarity Therapy is the foundational work for the table work that she does. Polarity Therapy was created by a chiropractor and osteopath in the 1950s and consists of pressure points, stretches, deep tissue releases and gentle touch.

Each session is custom designed to what you need in that moment. Anne-Marie communicates with your Guides, Angels and Highest Self to see what’s needed in each moment. Anne-Marie uses toning (which is making sound with her voice), crystals and intention to remove any blocks and stuck energy from your being. Stuck energy shows up as physical and emotion pain or discomfort.
